India Feast Restaurant is located in Red Deer, Alberta and owned by two talented chefs with a passion for preparing Indian cuisine.
Chef Neeraj has trained in three of the finest kitchens in the world. In 2015, while obtaining his Superior Culinary Arts Diploma in Paris, he trained under three-star Michelin Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Neeraj’s love of cooking was ignited at an early age while completing his Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management. After moving to Canada, Neeraj was Chef de Partie at Red Deer Lodge while also taking his Culinary Arts Diploma from RDC. He graduated as a Red Seal Chef.
With a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking, Chef Virender has lived and worked in several countries while refining his skill, working in kitchens nationally and internationally. Chef Virender believes in creating classic Indian dishes by using simple techniques along with a delicious juxtaposition of contemporary, global flavours. You can expect to find only top-quality ingredients and real spices from Chef Virender’s cooking.
